Step 1 - Learn about UKB ▾
Take some time to familiarize yourself with what Unique Kitchens & Baths has to offer. Check out our cabinet collaborations with Alison Giese and Lauren Liess.
At UKB we design & build full custom cabinets. Our moto at Unique Kitchens and Baths is "If you can dream it,we can build it."
Do you want a certain door style and finish no problem we do custom work to create the perfect look for you home.
Step 2 - Project Research ▾
The next step is to determine what you’re looking for in your project. Here’s what we’ll need from you:
– Paint color or wood finish that you are dreaming of
– Dimensions for the space - If you don’t have these measurements on hand, we’ll walk you through how to get these measurements.
– Pictures of your space. These pictures will give us an in-depth look at the space where your project will be, so the more the better!
– Any appliances that will be incorporated into your project - for example, the refrigerator, oven and sink. Please include dimension specifications and photos for each appliance/If you are buying new appliances please send us those specs.
– If you plan to remodel, please let us know if you plan on changing the location of any appliances or sinks - make sure that these changes have already been confirmed with your contractor.
Step 3 - Design Fee ▾
Once we have a good understanding of your project needs, dimensions and specifications, we’ll send you an invoice for your design fee . Once design fee is paid we will hop on a call with you to review your project ideas. Please allow up to 10-14 business days to recieve your design.
Step 4 - Design Review ▾
Once we’ve completed the initial design, we will then send it over for you to review in black & white. At this time we will allow 1 minor edit .
Once you approve the design we will render it in full color. Any edits after your designs has been rendered will result in an additional $150.00 per edit.
Step 5 - Cost of cabinets ▾
After you approve the designs, we’ll send you an estimate for the cost of the cabinets. All design fee's will be applied towards your total purchase.(Site measure fee's are not credited to cabinetry purchase.) Estimates are valid for 30 days.
Step 6 - Processing your order ▾
After your estimate is approved , we will send you a final invoice for your cabinets. At this time we will require your payment in full to start production. Your cabinetry will be built and delivered in approximately 8 to 10 weeks. We do offer white glove delivery. Upon delivery please inspect your cabinets and sign off on our delivery sheet. If there is any damage it must reported at this time. All sales are final.
Step 7 - Installation ▾
Should you have any questions, we include one phone consultation with your designer and installer during the installation process. When our orders are shipped out we do include a kitchen layout for your installer to help with an easy install.
Step 8 - Enjoy your new cabinets! ▾
After installation, step back and relax - and be sure to share pictures of your beautiful new kitchen using #UKBDESIGNS.
